June 2, 2026.Now in UAT: Search by Plan Menu Updates
We finished refining the Search by Plan v2 experience based on your feedback. The final set of enhancements from this iteration are now in UAT.
Impacted Customers
This update applies to all customers using Search by Plan, including those using the Search by Plan Wizard. These enhancements will be auto-on for all customers in Production on June 30, 2026. Prior versions will no longer be supported.
Key Changes:
Streamlined Intro and Location Screen: The intro and location selection screens will be merged into one, cutting down unnecessary steps for members. Location-only and plan-only flows will incorporate intro text directly into the first screen. The progress bar will only be displayed for flows with more than two screens.
Location Collected Before Plan Information: For flows that require location, members will now be prompted to enter their location first, before selecting their plan or entering a prefix. This eliminates a disjointed step in the previous flow.
Configuration for Blues customers that use both plan prefix and plan search flows: Blues customers that use plan prefix and plan search flows will be able to configure how members first enter the plan search experience. Three options will be available: defaulting to the Plan Prefix screen, defaulting to the Search by Plan Name screen, or presenting a fork screen that allows members to choose their preferred path. For customers configured to support both search types, a toggle button will also appear on each screen so members can easily switch between searching by plan name and searching by plan prefix without starting over. For plans that don’t include plan prefixes, the default will be the Search by Plan Name screen and no toggle button will be visible.
Customizable Subtext on Plan Name Search Screen: Customers will be able to add customizable subtext beneath the search box on the Search by Plan Name screen, allowing you to provide members with additional guidance or context when searching for their plan.
Example of customizable subtext displayed beneath the Plan Name input on the Search by Plan Name screen:

These changes are now in UAT for all customers and will be auto-on in Production June 30, 2026. Reach out to your customer success partners with any questions or for configuration.

June 2, 2026. Now in Production: Provider Photo Display in Enhanced
Search Cards
We have resolved an issue with the recently launched Enhanced Search Cards where provider photos were being cropped due to an unintended zoom level applied to the circular photo frames. Provider images now display correctly and consistently with their intended appearance.

After Fix
This fix has been deployed in Production for all customers.

May 2026. BugFixes
User counts in Search for Payers analytics dashboards were understated between May 12–19, 2026 due to a technical issue with user logging; session counts and search volume were not affected and accurately reflect member activity during this period. The issue was resolved on May 19, and while the affected data cannot be retroactively corrected, all reporting from May 20 onward reflects accurate user counts.
