September 15, 2026. Now in UAT: Provider Cards Moving to the Left Side in Map View
We're updating map view in Search, and the provider location map on profile pages, so provider cards display on the left side of the map instead of the right.
What's changing
Card position in map view: Provider cards in search map view will move from the right side of the map to the left side.
Card position on profile pages: The in-person location map on provider profile pages will show the same change, with location cards moving to the left side of the map.
Map behavior unchanged: Clicking pins, zooming, and cluster behavior on both maps all work exactly as they do today. Only card position is changing.

Today, provider and location cards display on the right side of these maps. We're moving them to the left for a few reasons: it puts the information members use to compare providers in the same spot members naturally look first, and it matches the layout members already know from other location-based apps they use. The result is a map experience that's easier to scan and more familiar from the first time a member sees it.
No configuration needed: This update is auto-on.
This update is now in UAT and will be auto-on in Production for all Health Plan customers with Search on September 22, 2026.

September 15, 2026. Now in UAT: Refreshed Terms of Use (TOU) Page Design
We've refreshed the look and feel of the Terms of Use page to bring it in line with the rest of the app, with no change to TOU content or acceptance logic.
What's changing
Consistent page width: The TOU page now matches the standard width used throughout the app.
Sticky accept button: The Accept button now stays in view as members scroll, so they no longer need to scroll all the way to the bottom to continue.
Button placement: The Accept button has moved to the right side of the screen, a consistent placement optimized for mobile thumb reach.
Updated loading state: The page now shows a loading experience tailored page content, replacing the generic app-wide loader.

/September Roundtable Recap
September 16, 2026. Roundtable Recap Thanks to everyone who joined this month's Health Plan Roundtable. Here are the highlights:
Data Management: Kyruus is expanding beyond Find Care and cost transparency into a broader provider data management layer for health plans. A modernized data pipeline is rolling out over the next couple months (no action needed), and new integrations with Octave Health and ZocDoc will bring enriched profiles and real-time scheduling for behavioral health and in-network providers.
Cost and Search: Hospital quality measures and HCAHPS ratings are now live for all Blues clients, Ask (our conversational AI) is faster and more accurate as of September 10, and Provider Cards are moving next to maps in production around September 22, with Cost in Search and Filter/Sort by Rating coming soon.
Compliance: The new Real Health Providers Act sets fresh directory accuracy requirements starting in 2029, and our Validate product already meets or beats most of them. CMS deadlines are also approaching for Medicare Plan Finder Phase 2 (FHIR submission by September 18) and the Provider Directory FHIR API upgrade (due January 1, 2027).
Guide for Payers: A new ranking algorithm and Recommended Clinicians UI are in the works to steer members toward high-quality, lower-cost care with less searching.
