August 19, 2026. Accessibility Enhancements for the Scheduling Flow As part of our standard commitment to accessibility, we've extended these improvements to the Scheduling flow, continuing our alignment with WCAG 2.2 AA, the current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines standard.
What's Improved:
Assistive technology support: Custom buttons and radio buttons now communicate clearer names, roles, and states.
Navigation and structure: Corrected heading levels, added informative page titles, and restored visible focus outlines on map filter drawer links.
Registration form field grouping: Certain fields on the patient registration form (e.g., date of birth, gender, phone number) have been broken out onto their own line to properly support fieldset naming, a requirement for accessible form grouping. You'll see these layout updates automatically - no configuration is needed.
These updates make the booking flow easier to navigate for patients using screen readers, keyboards, or other assistive technology.
This update has been deployed for all customers.

August 19, 2026. Now in Production: Exit Confirmation Added to the Kyruus Scheduling Flow
We've added an exit confirmation prompt to the scheduling flow so patients no longer lose their progress without warning.
What's New:
Exit confirmation modal: When a patient tries to leave the scheduling flow, whether by using the back button, navigating back to search results, or closing the tab, they'll now see a confirmation prompt before exiting.
Before this update, navigating away, closing the tab, or hitting back mid-flow would silently discard a patient's progress with no warning. Patients now get a chance to reconsider before abandoning their booking, which should help reduce accidental drop-off.
This update is now live for all Kyruus Scheduling customers. No configuration is required.
