We've redesigned the appointment summary card patients see throughout the scheduling flow, and it's now consistent across desktop and mobile.
What's new
Consistent across mobile and desktop: The summary card now appears the same way on every step of the flow on both mobile and desktop, for a clearer and more consistent patient experience.
New icon-based layout with clearer organization: Each field on the card (provider, patient type, location, date/time, appointment ID) now has a leading icon and an "Appointment Details" title, making it easier for patients to scan and find what they need. The provider's photo has been replaced with a generic icon in this new layout.

August 24, 2026. Coming Soon! Migrating from Imperva to AWS WAF for Search Vanity Domains We're migrating the web application firewall protecting Search Vanity Domains from Imperva to AWS WAF, strengthening the security and reliability of the infrastructure behind your Search product.
Backend security upgrade: This is an infrastructure level change to how traffic is filtered and routed. It does not change how Search looks or works for your patients or members.
Individualized scheduling: Rather than a single cutover date for all customers, we'll be reaching out to each organization directly to coordinate a migration date and walk through the steps with your IT or DNS team.
Brief coordination window: The process involves a few DNS and certificate steps ahead of a short cutover window, designed to minimize any disruption to Search.
Before this update, Search Vanity Domains were secured behind Imperva WAF. Moving to AWS WAF strengthens our security posture and keeps things consistent with the rest of our AWS based infrastructure, with no visible change for the people using Search.

August 25, 2026. Consistent Badge Colors Across Search Results and Provider Profiles
For health systems on grid view with the latest UI, badges (such as "Accepting New Patients" or "Online Booking") now match across both search result cards and provider profile pages. Both surfaces render the same badge colors, defaulting to the your health system's theming, and can be customized with brand colors as needed.
What's new
By default, badges on provider profile pages now match the badges on search result cards.
Badge colors can be customized to align with your brand, including the ability to set colors for each badge type.
Impact
A cohesive, on-brand experience as patients move from search results to a provider's profile.
Removes the previous inconsistency where a badge appeared one color on the result card and another on the profile.
More flexible color options while keeping badges readable and accessible.
