The Reach dashboard now breaks down clicks into two categories, website clicks and booking clicks, to give you greater visibility into how patients are engaging with listings. We've also added an Estimated Revenue metric that gives you a dollar value tied to the appointments driven through your Reach listings.

July 16, 2026. Generally Available: Image Scaling Fit Behavior for Provider Photos
We've introduced Fit Behavior, a new image scaling option that displays provider photos as complete portraits on Google Business Profile instead of tightly cropped faces.

What's New

• Full portrait display: Provider photos are scaled to preserve the complete image rather than cropping or zooming to fill the frame, so patients see the full, professional photo of their provider.
• No re-uploads required: The improvement is applied through a simple configuration change, so your existing image workflows stay exactly as they are.
• Better syndicated listings: Photo quality improves across publisher platforms like Google.

Who's a good fit: Fit Behavior is best if your provider photos are primarily zoomed-in or portrait-oriented headshots. If your images have been getting cropped or cut off in landscape slots, enabling Fit Behavior will deliver the biggest improvement.

Before this update: provider photos were often cropped or zoomed to fit Google's landscape format, leaving patients with a tightly framed close-up rather than the full professional portrait. With Fit Behavior, the complete image is preserved and presented as intended.

Note: This update is generally available now. It is not auto-on. Fit Behavior is enabled per customer, so let your RevSpring CSP know if you'd like to enable it.
