July 30, 2026. Yelp is now live for Listings Management
Kyruus now supports Yelp as a publisher in the Listings Management platform! This expands our publisher footprint beyond Google, Apple, Bing, and Healthgrades. With this integration, health system teams can manage provider and location listings on Yelp through the same consolidated platform they already use for other publishers.
July 21, 2026. Display Location Phone Number on Provider Search Result Cards
The location phone number can now be displayed on provider search result cards in grid view within the modern UI. This is available as an option you can turn on if it fits your workflow.
Impact:
The phone number was originally removed from the modern UI to free up card space and keep the focus on the information a patient needs to book. Per request, we've reintroduced this field as a config option rather than a default.
Patients can see and call the provider's office directly from the results, without opening the full profile.
Flexible display - surface the phone number when it's helpful for your patients, or keep result cards streamlined and focused on booking when it isn't.

Enablement: "Opt-in" - the phone number is hidden by default. To turn it on, reach out to Customer Support (kyruussupport@revspringinc.com) or your customer success partner, and they can enable it for you.

July 29, 2026. Enhancement: Bulk Update Clinical Keywords Templates via CSV
Connect Admin users can now update clinical keyword attributes for a template in bulk using csv upload, instead of updating them one at a time.
What's new
New "Bulk Update" button added to the clinical keyword template edit page, placed left of the existing Export button
Clicking it opens the same CSV upload flow used for template creation: same columns, same validation rules
CSV keywords are updated. Existing keywords in the template get their attributes updated, new keywords get added, keywords not included in the CSV are left untouched
Impact: Updating keyword attributes like searchable, promoted, and clinical interest used to mean editing each one individually. Now users can export, edit in a spreadsheet, and re-upload the same file to update your whole template at once, saving time on template maintenance.
This update is now live for all customers.
