July 6, 2026. Fixed: Improved Logging Events in the Availability Drawer

We have resolved an issue where some availability drawer clicks were not being tracked in the High Intent Engagement Summary for Search for Providers. These interactions are now being correctly logged. This is an analytic tracking fix only — it did not affect booking or drawer click functionality.

This update has been deployed for all customers.

July 9, 2026. Clinical Keyword Template Subscription

Providers can now subscribe to a clinical keyword template, so their taxonomy stays in sync automatically, no more manually reapplying template updates through the Bulk Edit Console every time your clinical team changes a template.

What's new

• Subscribe a provider to a clinical keyword template from the Bulk Edit Console, individually or in bulk.
• From that point on, any keyword added, removed, or updated in the template flows through to every subscribed provider automatically. Searchable, Promoted, and Clinical Interest attributes stay in sync too.
• A new "Manage Subscribed Providers" screen gives you a single place to see and manage everyone subscribed to a template, with search and pagination built in.
• Unsubscribing is just as easy, and it only removes the subscription, so a provider's existing keywords stay exactly as they are.
• Subscribed providers are automatically protected from bulk "Merge" and "Replace All" operations, so a routine bulk edit elsewhere can't accidentally undo what the template is managing.

Impact

Clinical Keywords are some of the most edited fields in Connect Admin, and keeping them current after a template change used to mean manually reapplying that template to every affected provider. With subscriptions, that upkeep disappears: update the template once, and every subscribed provider picks up the change automatically.
