June 16, 2026. Generally Available: Enhancements to Athena – Discrete Field Support
We have expanded our Athena integration to support sending discrete patient data directly to the Athena platform, covering both Patient Contact/Address and Patient Insurance.
Patient Contact & Address
Cleaner, More Accurate Patient Records: Registration form entries now update discrete Athena fields, reducing manual edits. If a patient provides updated information during registration, it will overwrite the existing value in Athena.
Comprehensive Coverage: Updates support both patient and guarantor email/address details when configured.
Patient Insurance
Discrete Field Mapping: Insurance details now map directly to specific fields in the patient chart, rather than being included in appointment notes.
Additive Records: New insurance records are created during booking if no existing insurance is found in the patient's profile. This process does not remove or overwrite existing information.
With discrete field support now in place, registration form entries automatically flow into the right Athena fields, reducing admin burden and improving data quality from the moment of booking.
These updates are opt-in and now available for all health systems using Athena. To enable or learn more, please reach out to your Customer Success Partner or kyruussupport@revspringinc.com. For additional details, see our Support Article.

June 18, 2026. Coming Soon - the Listings Management UI
We're excited to introduce a powerful new capability in Kyruus Connect: the Listings Management user interface (UI), giving your team direct visibility over your provider and location listings across Google, Apple Maps, and Bing — all in one place.
Managing listings across major publisher platforms has historically required manual effort, separate vendor tools, and limited transparency. With the Listings Management UI, that changes. Your team now has a purpose-built workspace to monitor, manage, and resolve listing issues without ever leaving Kyruus Connect.
At launch, the experience will include:
Managed Listings Tab: Your central view of all active provider and location listings, with real-time status across publishers.
Needs Attention: A dedicated column on the Managed Listings Tab and issue drawer that surfaces listing problems — data failures, verification requirements, compliance flags, and duplicates — with clear explanations and next steps so your team can resolve issues quickly and confidently.
Pending Tab: Full visibility into provider-locations that are enabled for Listings Management but are still being established. See what's in-flight through automation.
Opted Out Tab: A complete list of listings that were intentionally not created by either Kyruus to prevent duplicates or based on customer preferences.
The Listings Management UI will soon be available to all users that have purchased Listings Management.
June 10, 2026. Enhancement: Role-Based Permission to Hide the Inactive Providers Tab Connect Admin now supports a role-based permission that controls the visibility of the Inactive Providers tab on the Provider Search page.
What's New
Customer Super Users and Admins can now configure which roles can see the Inactive Providers tab using inactive_providers_tab:access permission
Admin roles retain access by default.
If no configuration is set, all users continue to see the tab as before, existing behavior remains unchanged.
Impact
Admins can now prevent non-admin users from navigating to inactive provider records and making edits that won't take effect on the live site. This reduces confusion and protects data quality by limiting access to inactive provider data to the roles that need it.
This update is now live for all customers.

June 10, 2026. Enhancement: External Location ID Now Visible in Location Profile
The addresses.external_id field is now displayed on the LDM location profile page, eliminating the need to switch to the legacy PLOC view to verify or reference external IDs
What's New
The External Location ID field now appears in the addresses section of the LDM location profile page.
The field displays the same value as shown on the legacy PLOC page, ensuring consistency.
For locations without an external ID, the field displays as empty.
The Impact
Location data admins can now verify and reference external IDs without leaving the LDM experience, making location data management faster and more efficient.
This update is now live for all customers.

June 10, 2026. Bug Fix: Child Locations Card Display and Usability Improvements in LDM
The 'Related Locations' card on the Location Profile page in LDM has been improved with multiple UI/UX fixes and accessibility enhancements.
What's Fixed
Toolbar alignment is now consistent in both view and edit modes (right-aligned in both)
Nested child rows now display proper indentation to show their relationship to parent locations
Checkboxes and action controls now appear only on top-level child rows, not on grandchild rows
The Actions column remains sticky and visible when scrolling horizontally in edit mode
Added controls to expand and collapse all rows at once
The Actions column now includes an accessible label for screen readers to meet accessibility standards
The Impact
Healthcare data administrators will experience a more organized, intuitive interface when managing provider location hierarchies. The visual indentation clearly communicates parent-child relationships, while the simplified checkbox and action placement reduces UI clutter. Accessibility improvements ensure all users, including those relying on assistive technologies, can navigate the card efficiently.
This update is now live for all customers.
