May 5, 2026: Publisher Icons Now Displayed in the Reviews Table
The Reviews tab has been updated with a cleaner, more visual experience for identifying review sources. Publisher names in the Source column have been replaced with recognizable publisher logos — Google now displays as the familiar "G" icon and Healthgrades shows its logo.
Additional updates include:
- The Source filter now shows both the publisher logo and name together for easy identification
- The Review Detail page displays the publisher logo alongside the publisher name
- Tooltips have been added to all publisher icons — hover over any icon to see the full publisher name
Improved Messaging When Replies Are Blocked on Non-Compliant Listings
We have improved how Reputation Management handles reply failures caused by Google listing compliance issues. Previously, attempting to reply to a review on a suspended or disabled Google listing could cause that review to be incorrectly marked as "Deleted at Source." This has been resolved.
When Google blocks a reply due to a listing compliance issue, you will now see a clear message in the platform explaining that replies are temporarily unavailable and that the system is automatically syncing the latest listing status. No action is needed on your end — once the underlying listing issue is resolved on Google's platform, reviews and reply functionality will be restored automatically.
This update ensures your review statuses accurately reflect what is happening with your listings, and eliminates confusion caused by incorrect status changes.
