Aug 5, 2026. Connect Enhancement: Rich Text Support for Provider and Location Fields
Connect now supports rich text formatting for provider and location description fields, so administrators can format content within headings, links, and lists instead of plain text alone.
What's New
The Description field on location profiles and the Professional Statement field on provider profiles, including custom fields, now support a rich text editor, bold, italics, bullet lists, numbered lists, and hyperlinks.
Formatted content renders correctly wherever it is displayed to patients — including location pages, Guide for Providers, and on the search experience.
This also works with our Reach — Listings Management product. We handle the formatting cleanup for you before content goes out to publishers.
Impact
Location and provider description fields previously only supported plain text, limiting how customers could structure information for patients. Cleanup happens automatically wherever plain text is still required.
Rich text formatting is available to all customers upon request. Reach out to your customer success partner to have it enabled for your account.

Curious what's behind a 3-star rating? Now you can just click it. The Average Rating chart on your dashboard is now interactive — click any star rating to instantly filter your review list down to just those reviews, saving you the extra step of filtering manually.
