February 12, 2026. Generally Available: Clinical Template Application History
We have introduced a new auditing tool within the Provider Profile to provide administrators with clear visibility into how clinical data is managed. This update eliminates the need for manual report requests, allowing data administrators to instantly verify the provenance of clinical keywords and troubleshoot profile configurations directly within the application.
-
A new dedicated card titled "Clinical Template History" has been added to the Clinical tab of the provider profile to surface a comprehensive trail of all template-related actions.
-
The history grid provides essential details for every template application, including the specific Template name, the Action type performed (e.g., Merge or Full replace), the User email address of the individual who triggered the change, and a precise Date and timestamp.
-
The interface includes built-in search and filtering capabilities, allowing administrators to quickly isolate specific entries or audit clinical updates over time.
-
To ensure the most relevant information is visible first, the history grid defaults to sorting by date in descending order, placing the most recent template applications at the top of the list.
This update has been deployed for all customers.
February 12, 2026. Generally Available: New Permissions for Reorder Specialities & Export Clinical Keyword
We have introduced new permission-based controls for specialty ranking and clinical keyword exports to provide health systems with more granular oversight of provider data management. These updates allow customers to define precisely which user roles can manage provider rankings and download sensitive clinical configuration data.
-
Specialty Ranking Access Control: The ability to reorder a provider’s specialties in Kyruus Connect via the drag-and-drop interface can be enabled at the users permissions level.
-
Clinical Keyword Export: Access to the clinical keyword export functionality is now can be enabled at the users permissions level.
To maintain current functionality and prevent workflow disruption, these new permissions are set to ON by default for all existing user roles. This allows users currently managing provider data to continue their work uninterrupted while giving system administrators the flexibility to refine access moving forward.
This update has been deployed for all customers. If you would like to limit access for either of these functions please reach out to our support team.
